Rick resides in Los Angeles and attended California State University Los Angeles obtaining a bachelors degree in Marketing. He began his lucrative real estate career in 1987. After receiving his realtors license, he went to work for Century 21 and within the first year obtained their Newcomer Achievement Award, which is given to new agents that sell well over 10 million dollars of real estate.
In 1990, Rick moved on to Re/max where he honed his skills and once again shined as a top producing realtor and began his education and training to also become a certified appraiser. By 1992 he achieved his goal of not only becoming an expert certified appraiser, but also obtaining his broker’s license. Possessing a unique and indispensable skill set, Rick was able to work for many financial institutions, attorneys and government agencies, both as a listing broker and certified appraiser.
Rick became an independent broker and appraiser in 1995 when he formed Rs Real Estate Group and Arrow Appraisals, Inc. From 1995 until present he has sold, invested and appraised well over 100 million dollars worth of real estate. He has received countless distinguished and prestigious certifications and awards from the Bureau of Real Estate along with the California Association of Realtors among other institutions.
